A supervisor is always on site to answer questions and coordinate the crew to ensure our work is completed swiftly.
With SGB Group, we make regular visits to the site and handle everything including washing interior and exterior window glass, removing labels, washing fixtures, thorough dusting, cleaning counter tops, wiping down all surfaces, cabinets, vacuuming, and mopping floor.
We partner with prime construction and building companies. Our clients use SGB as their sole source to complete all their final clean scopes. Project managers and estimators email SGB invitation to bids, project drawings and site contact information for SGB to compile a proposal.
We have a high level of deal activity. We know what opportunities are arising. At this time we can assign one of our network cleaning partners to make a site visit to confirm pricing, scope, and schedule. The proposal will always come from SGB Group. We manage hundreds of deals per year giving us best practice insight and pricing knowledge.
